How long do orders take to ship?
Orders usually ship out within 5 business days.
Why do I have to pay separate shipping prices for LPs, CDs, and cassettes?
These formats are all different sizes, and it is recommended that they are shipped separately in their own unique packages, to avoid damage while shipping. However, if you prefer to have everything shipped together, please request it in the notes and you will be refunded the difference.
Note: only different formats ship separately – for instance, if you buy 2 LPs you only pay 1 LP shipping + the additional LP cost – not the full cost.
How long does it take to receive my download?
If you order physical products, I have to manually approve your order (to ensure the products are in stock), and then you will receive receive a link to the download with your order confirmation email.
It should also appear on the order page after you are redirected back to this site after payment with Paypal, however, sometimes Paypal doesn’t redirect.
If you order digital products, you should receive the receipt and links immediately.
What file formats are available?
MP3 (320), FLAC, and ALAC (Apple Lossless).
When I place an order, do I have to set up an account?
Do you keep my data (order information, such as address, email, etc) and use it for any type of marketing, email lists, etc?
No. After I ship your order, I do not keep a record of any of your information. I don’t send email notifications or email newsletters (beyond your initial download receipt).
The only record that will be permanently kept is within Paypal, and is the same on your end as mine.
What payment methods do you accept?
I placed an order but didn’t receive an invoice / download email. Why?
Please contact me if you have any problems, and don’t receive the invoice / download immediately after payment.
Do you accept returns?
If you received a physical product that is damaged or doesn’t work, I’ll replace it or refund your payment. All digital sales are final unless you cannot download or cannot open the file, in which case I will provide you with a working file or a refund.
I live in the EU. Why can’t I place an order?
At the moment, due to the GDPR, until my store is compliant, I can’t sell to any customers in the EU. I’m sorry. If you have any questions, or would like me to suggest an alternative method, please contact me.
